Jill brings 30+ years of professional grooming experience to Spa Bow Wow. Her deep knowledge, patience, and gentle approach make her especially wonderful with dogs of all temperaments. Jill remains just as passionate about grooming today as when she first started, and her expertise shows in every detail of her work.
Shannon - Groomer
Shannon has over 35 years of grooming experience and a lifelong love for animals. She adores all dogs and also enjoys spending time with her horses. Her experience, patience, and deep understanding of animal care are reflected in the calm, confident service she provides to every client.
Jeff - Apprentice Groomer
Jeff is our apprentice groomer and a former cosmetologist, bringing a creative eye, precision, and a fresh perspective to grooming. He adds light, laughter, and enthusiasm to our team. Jeff’s appointments are limited and fully supervised under a master groomer, and he is currently offering a small discount on services until he completes his certification.
Junior - Receptionist/Bather
